Does Baseball Hall of Fame have character requirements for eligibility?

It's still a semi-public forum and everyone gets a vote.

I'll bow out. I realize there are strong personal feelings about this, but I don't see any actual evidence, just concretized opinions.

I just bring straight facts.

The worst part is that people that don't care even slightly about baseball weighs in. The Dodgers play 162 games a year. I never miss a single one of them. I see most Oakland A's games and other teams's games too.

I don't get how people that never watch a game, never read a box score, never even think about baseball, open their mouths to talk about it.
Now I know you aren't talking about me.

No, I'm being general. The entire public. It would be like me weighing in on something involved in RuPaul's Drag Race show, like I'll ever watch that or care about it (tho I am a RuPaul fan).
