Throwing the whole lot into the food processor! It was very good. There may be something to be said for big chunks, and maybe it's just nostalgia, but I like the finely textured deli style more so.

The wife started getting chicken salad from Sam’s club, and it was pretty good. She asked about it, and they told her they make it from the rotisserie chicken that didn’t sell yesterday.

Don’t really want to think about what goes into those things, but it IS tasty.
