I don't know that it'll work on clothes or hair, but for hands -- this works pretty well, don't ask me why: https://www.amazon.com/Amco-8402-Stainle...B000F8JUJY

I used to use Grease Relief for ring around the collar and general grease stains. It did a phenomenal job. Not sure why it's no longer sold - assuming some hazardous ingredients were the issue. Zepp makes a laundry pretreat for oil and grease that works really well. Dawn dish soap also works well in some cases.
To deal with the hair, can they wear a snug cap with their hair inside it? This should help minimize some of the contamination. They could try dry shampoo, which might help remove some of the grease or oil that attaches to the hair. Febreeze or similar may help with the clothes, but it would probably be best to change them.

nothing "quickly", changing clothes still leaves the body odor.
Clothes: Wash with neutral detergent & add a scoop of sodium percarbonate. NO fabric softener! Body & Hair: Hit the shower, there is no alternative.

Back when I worked in a kitchen, I would wash my clothes with Surf power detergent. It was the only thing that would get the smell out, mostly.
Once a month or thereabouts I would have the shirts dry-cleaned. |
