Two workouts but ate too much sugar. Trying to exercise right now but using this thread to procrastinate.

Sugar always seems to be your downfall. For me, it’s sugar and chocolate.
That sideways dancing on a treadmill never works out well. 13 miles, all indoors on my treadmill due to the soggy weather.

Been getting my Friday sessions with the trainer in just fine, but having a hard time getting the on-my-own second session in on Mon or Tue. Today was lost taking wife to the doctor to check on a sprained ankle; haven't found an excuse for tomorrow so maybe I'll make it.
Working on taking off a few pounds and making progress. I know that fussing about four or five pounds is trivial compared to so many, but if I don't nip it in the bud now, when will I? Portion control is key for me. Been eating heat & serve meals for dinner and if I let one of those be enough, I'm good. When I don't feel full enough and add a bit more, I start the slow gain.

Only 2 workouts last week. It was a tough week and something had to give.
2d workout was a 5 mile jog this weekend, which felt good.
...Too much bread. It's hard enough avoiding sweets this time of year, but everyone's pushing bread on me.
