Hannity is getting ahead of the news
#1
Speaking on Premiere Radio Network’s “The Sean Hannity Show,” Hannity pointed out that the Constitution does not bar felons from holding the presidency. “Being a felon is not a disqualification,” Hannity said. “So even crimes potentially far more serious than what is being alleged, potential mishandling of classified information, doesn’t stop somebody from seeking the presidency.”

Gee, I wonder who he is talking about???

If we exile him to Russia and strip his citizen ship, that would do it!

Indeed. Her indictment has been imminent since 2016, per Faux News.

That is a federal law, but most analysts do not believe it would stand on constitutional grounds. The Constitution outlines the qualifications for a president and also addresses the lone disqualification of someone who meets all other qualifications. That means it overrides the federal law (especially with the current supreme court).
