Yes. Let's re-read that. It's not going to be to jot down your thoughts any longer. It's going to be for personal recollections.
I don't know if you are just trolling, or if I'm missing some kind of joke here. If so, I apologize, but this is making my head hurt. Nobody is forcing you to "say goodbye" to jotting down whatever the heck you want to jot down. Journal is a new option and you can take it or leave it.
