Why are drug dealers putting fentanyl in everything?

This is true; I was saying fentanyl is the most powerful of those three by far. There are, as you point out, several even more potent analogues, like carfentanyl. But that's also realllly dangerous. Like, get-it-on-your-skin-and-die dangerous. You may know that the Russians are believed to have killed a number of Chechen rebels (and a good number of their Russian hostages) just by piping aerosolized carfentanyl into the ductwork of the theater they were in.
I always wondered if it was specifically carfentanyl they used.

Dealers probably don't care what they are lacing the drugs with as long as money comes in. Doesn't seem to matter if customers die. New customers are showing up every day for one reason or another.

You mean like politicians using the CIA to import and sell drugs to kids on the streets of our cities to finance illegal wars even as they enrich themselves through lucrative campaigns that militarize civilian law enforcement and turn America into the largest prison-state in the world, all the while making political gains from campaigns villainizing those same kids they're victimizing?
