There need to be ads directly focusing on GOP shenanigans. The border situation exists because the GOP wants it to. So tell exactly what the bipartisan agreement would have accomplished and end with saying the GOP turned it down because of Trump politics. Ads pointing out the GOP abortion restrictions, and the likelihood of war escalation because of GOP funding.
Attack them right back at where they are attacking. The GOP has created a perception of Biden failure, go after it directly and strongly.

Go for it but realize that facts don't stick with these people. A Trump supporter at an interview was asked why and replied that in her case it was because she was diabetic and the GOP had capped insulin costs saving here a lot of money every month.
It's hard to believe how anyone who is actually a user would conflate credit for the cap but not so hard to believe a MAGA supporter would latch onto the nearest lie or that the GOP is succeeding in burying it's opposition to the benefits casual observers are seeing from Dem legislation.

It's those on the fence that need to be swayed to the Left.
