Anybody written a Wikipedia page?

For an organization I'm involved with, I need to write a wikipedia page about a person. I have lots of information to copy from, so that's not a problem. I have sources/citations that Wikipedia says are valid.

So I'm asking about the actual process. Anybody done that? Any tips? Any good guides?
