Is it a forum thing, a browser thing, or both? (or neither?)

I use Firefox as my default browser now, and when I post to a thread here and choose a different font size, it doesn't change anything.

I just tested with Safari and Chrome and those changes work in those browsers.

Did I inadvertently toggle some wacky setting in Firefox or is it just the way things work? Anyone else experience this? Thanks.
