For the reply-fairies, in case they decide to make Pinocchio a real boy and this post visible:

The Phorum software hasn't seen an update since 2017 and that wasn't much of an update. Would not be surprised if the problems we're seeing have to do with a critical (for security) SQL server or PHP update that broke it.

(The DNS issues for OWC as a whole suggest migration to a new server or virtual host.)

Short of Brian Moon getting a job with OWC, I think it's time to move to another platform.

Much as I am grateful for the thoughtfulness and efforts behind the subred, I do not allow Reddit to collect cookie/tracking info from me so would not be able to log in.

I'd be off looking for another Mac-centric site if that was the only fallback, and I expect that this is so for a lot of us.
