It can be a challenge, but it appears that you know exactly how to handle these kinds of situations. I know how frustrating it can be to have a misbehaving expensive little thing that you love to death.

Surprisingly enough, I'm not frustrated - yet. Who knows - they may treat me well and take it seriously. If they don't, then that's when I'll probably lose my patience.

Nope, still broken. Accepting that behavior as "Works Fine" is akin to your car into flames every few miles and saying it "Purrs like a Kitten". BGnR
