Those guys are unbelievable. At about midnight last night I uploaded 30 pictures. I didn't feel like driving the 20 mins to the store, so I chose delivery. To my surprise ground shipping was free! This am I had an e-mail from them (timestamped 4am) that my photos have shipped! wow!

I can't wait for Costco to get to town. This year, they say. Then I'm Wal-Mart free.
If you have more photos than that (some of us do a bunch), Winkflash does them for 12 cents each--and the shipping is only 99 cents per order, no matter how large.
I've bundled up an order for as large as 300, and shipping is still 99 cents. (The postage labels on the envelopes indicated something like 8 bucks.)
Wal-Mart is also 17 cents. I remember when I'd jump for joy over that--but a nickel per photo is big savings.

Quality varies from location to location, but I have sent a bunch of pro stuff through them as well. I get pretty picky about color balance, but they will reprint without too much grief, especially as the first frame is a kodak color chart and I take in the color chart when i pick up the prints.
