I am loading CS3 on the Windows side. I have a partition that I'm loading it to that has 109GB available space. When I get to the Installation Location choices, it keeps telling me that there is not enough space available even though it shows 109 gigs available and it requires 2.8. It says I'm 230MB short!
Can anyone tell me what's going on?

So, I have the Local Disk (CSmile in Windows that has only 8 GB's allotted to it with less than 1 GB available and CS3 won't load on that. The other disk (WSmile has the 109 GB available but CS3 won't load on that. How do I increase the disk space on C drive (and try to get CS3 to load on it)?

I would just install a few of the CS3 apps now, then try to install the rest later. Or try a custom install and don't install the tutorials or stock photos. Should be easy to shave a few hundred megs from bloated CS3.

I have no idea why/how to deal with the real problem, though.....

If you haven't done so already, you might try posting your question here:

you'd probably stand a better chance of getting your question answered.
