Wasn't there an issue with some pro football player and a contract that forbade ... no excluded him for any compensation if injured in a motorcycle accident? I guess in the private sector you can build an employment contract pretty much as you wish. Like others, I don't like it, however.

I agree, it _almost_ always is, but should it be? We should encourage and expect people to do the right thing, as well as doing the right thing ourselves. If we allow/expect/practice money-grubbing, we get money-grubbing, always. kj.
