Anyone noticed iPhone-esque re-sizing on Google Maps?
#1
Not sure why I tried it, but with my cursor over the route-line, I was able to zoom/un-zoom the image on my Google map.

Probably requires a track pad w/2-finger scrolling capability?

(MBP, 10.4.10, Safari 2.x)

Is this different from the scroll-wheel capability that's been there for many months?

Since my MBP has no scroll wheel, I'm gonna say it's different. When I make the "pinch" or "expand" gestures with my fingers, a box with arrows in or out at the corners appears on screen. The functionality seems a little clunky, but definitely there.

EDIT: There is also a seemingly different (older?) capability with gestures intended as scrolling.

I tried pinching my monitor screen, but nothing happened, other than some distortion on the lcd display...
