It's been a while since I'd seen it last, but I just finished rewatching "Hellraiser" on AMC. It's a pretty good horror flick from a conceptual perspective, but I forgot how old it was (I am?); characters had that 80's feathered hair and those power suits with the squared off shoulder pads. As long as they don't change the story, and they keep Pinhead, this is one that could probably stand to be updated.

Hellraiser(No. 1) was one of those shows that definitely freaked me out when I first saw it. Great storyline.

its weird to see Doug Bradley w/o all the makeup. Although i cannot remember if they showed him like that in the first one.

Cool.
I've heard Clive Barker say in interviews that he was never happy with the treatment that the story received in the original film, although the movie follows the book much more closely than most adaptations. Perhaps Mr. Barker will have more input into the second version...for better or worse.
