Got there at 7pm and was about 80th in line. I was there for the 24" Acer monitor and got one of the whopping two they had in stock. Went much smoother than last year, where it took 15 minutes just to get in the store, then another hour plus to check out. I was in and out within 5 minutes this year. It was also about 70 degrees outside, so it was much warmer than last year. Tomorrow morning, it's Office Max for some small stuff, Ritz Camera for a digital camera for my mother-in-law, and Guitar Center where I have two "20% off any one item" coupons (unfortunately, Apple items not included).

I was also going to go to GuitarCenter, but I'm not at home right now and I don't feel like racing out in the morning craziness. Let us know how it goes and whatcha bought.

Well, I got the 2 MLX (owned by Marsall) condenser microphones for $40 total. Not a bad deal. There was a crowd of people, but once the doors opened, they dispersed through the store. I went right to the recording area and got the microphones. I was out within 5 minutes.
