Use whatever method you wish (adblock, or hosts file) to block the "(site).us.intellitxt.com" domain.
For the site given, it would be: electronista.us.intellitxt.com
Of late, there's another company (ixnp.com) that serves up page thumbnails of links in a similar fashion.
