So, at what point will iTunes be able to do what Toast could 6 years ago?

When will iTunes be able to calculate the total size of the stuff you've selected to put on the iPod, and display the total on the fly, so you don't have to keep adding and subtracting and hitting "apply" to find out if you got it close?
It's just ghetto.

I just make a playlist for the iPods that are to small to sync everything and just sync that playlist. info is then at the bottom. I keep several different playlists for my wife's and change them from time to time for her.

Um, yeah, I do all that too. Some info is at the bottom, certainly, but there's an obvious little bit missing.

Hmm, I see OWC Jerry has programmed the "Now on the forums" pane on the macresource home page to automatically hide when one of my threads is in the top 5 ;-)

It's automated. The 7 posts at the top of the page (Sticky excluded) are shown on the "now appearing feed"
