Weird internet behavior--OS 10.4.11

I cannot navigate to the macresource forums when I am at home using either of my browsers, Firefox or Safari. At work I can see the forums just fine using either browser. I have cleared the browser caches, reset Safari, cleaned the user cache, cleaned logs, repaired permissions, and done all the maintenance scripts using Onyx.

Any other suggestions?

DNS problems? what happens if you use the IP instead of the web address?

Other odd thing is that I can get to macresource.com but can't get to the forums from there.

I don't know what the IP address is--the numbers, not the definition of IP address.
