I ate one of those large cans of pineapple. You know, the 4.5 serving can. It says on the side that a person should eat 5-9 servings of fruit a day, so I figured I could knock most of that out in one sitting. That was two days ago. I'm still paying the price! Happy Friday Smile

5 to 9!? I think if one tried to follow all nutritional advice promoted these days one would have to spend all day eating things one didn't necessarily want and at the end of the day be both fatter and more, uh, expressive, if you get my drift.
