anyone use italk w/their ipod?

and "how-to"

when using the italk w/a click wheel 4th or 5th generation 40gig ipod

i'm trying to record a conference call

move the data from ipod to emac

and then burn cds

of the meeting for others on the team who cannot be in attendance for the call.

any and all thoughts or real-world experience is greatly appreciated.
