Alan Keyes suing to prove Obama’s citizenship.

Maryland is known for its batsh!t-crazy Republicans, guys like Joe Culotta, who campaigned for mayor by giving away free tickets to the Friday dinners at the Sons of Italy, and Robert L. "Bobby Haircut" Ehrlich, our former governor, who labeled a bunch of tree-huggers from the Chesapeake Action Network "terrorists" and "activists" and had the Maryland State Police trail them around and spy on them. The staties are in a world of embarrassment over that one. Keyes is still the batsh!ttiest craziest of them, though.

I dunno. I think giving away free tickets to dinner in exchange for votes might be the wave of the future for politicians, the way things are going in the economy.

Joey Ravioli got hammered at the polls a ton of times by William Donald Schaefer, so it wasn't a very effective strategy.

Alan Keyes is "way" crazier than Cynthia McKinney.

Wasn't Alan Keyes shipped up to Illinois from Maryland to have someone to run against Obama?

P.S. I think it's a requirement that when you mention Alan Keyes, you must say that he's "batsh!t-crazy", sort of like with Gary Bussey.

See my wikipedia link above.
The story is =much= more interesting than that.
Like, seven-of-nine times more interesting.
