Payback, as they say, is a bitch. You reap what you sow. Treat others as you would like to be treated.

Though I wish people would be bigger than that and break this vicious cycle of revenge and recrimination, I don't expect it to happen any time soon. It feels like Obama is going to try his best to really be more bi-partisan and hopefully those efforts filter down through the rank and file on both sides of the fence, but, again, not holding my breath for positive results.

I don't see revenge and recrimination in that "ad". I see an honest sentiment expressed in a very clever way. Yeah, it's the taste we've been waiting for. It would be hypocritical to pretend we aren't pleased as punch. Spiked punch, LOL.
