My old Klipsch ProMedia 2.1 is experiencing connector problems.
The s-video looking plug no longer collects effectively with the sub cabinet. I have to press and hold the connector in and wiggle it around to get any of the three speakers to work. Hold it at one point and the right speaker works, another and the left speaker works, yet another and sub woofer works. However, none of them work at the same time in unison.
I opened up the panel but the connector port is sealed in some sort of plastic/wax looking substance.
Any ideas on how to fix this?
