Continued proof positive that Microsoft cannot make a consumer product without it sucking really, really badly. I wonder how they will work their way out of this one ?

Angry Zune owners receive free iPod coupons from embarassed retailer Wal-Mart. 'After a bitter class action lawsuit, the world's largest retailer of the failed Microsoft Zune product has settled on this deal.
What can we say ? We believed Microsoft. Never again ! We're only selling PC's with built in Linux now, and are neogiating with Apple to sell those cute colored iMacs. The Vice President who decided to stop selling Macintosh computers back in 1995 has been fired." Wal Mart has also agreed to accept the permanently crashed Zunes for the next 30 days. Original receipt and packaging must be provided as proof of purchase.
Legal fees are being paid with the returned Zunes, which will be stripped for the miniature hard drivesand be turned into a RAID cluster to store legal files for the law firm of Dewey, Cheathem, and Howe.
