ID an audio cable

What is the best way to identify an audio cable? I need to find one to hook up my HANNS.G 19 inch FPM to our Vista Prem HP Pavilion SlimLine t3710s desktop. TiA

Almost all computers use minijack 1/8" stereo outputs, as would the monitor for the input. The cable you link to is an RCA cable which will not work.
