Without entering the debate,
I think $150 would be a fair price between friends.

As long as you realize if you parted it out on LEM swap list you'd make more than $200. The dual processor goes for over $100 alone on eBay. I don't know why, it just does. And I've been getting $15 each for 256 meg ram chips on the swap list.
Also, selling old computers to friends and family at any price is a risky business. I got an email from an ex-friend of mine yesterday, expecting support for a blue & white G3 I sold her four years ago for some nominal sum. At this point, I wish I'd given it to her.

I would say about $350. It's still a solid machine, can hold 5 750GB drives with a cheap bracket. The dual drive bracket on the bottom right also fits in the bottom left position. Still a very useful and reliable computer for many, many uses.
