iPhone 2G with 3.0 won't connect to wifi

It was working fine up until yesterday. All of a sudden, it wouldn't stay connected. Tried rebooting, restored the iPhone, still can't get it to work. Network, wireless and password all works - 2 laptops and an iPod Touch connect and stay connected. Now what?
