The lens refurb by itself is $250. You essentially get $50 off the lens which goes for $199 used on ebay. It's a moderate zoom but if you don't need a telephoto that is too long and a lens of manageable size, this is a decent choice.
Standard disclaimer: The Nikon D60 does not have a pin motor so you can only autofocus with AF-s in motor lenses and manual focus with older pin drive nikon lenses. Just something to think about if you have AF lenses that are pin motor or want to buy a lens with pin motor.
