Amazon Honor System still working?

For a couple of years, I've used Amazon Honor System to collect donations on a few sites.

Recently, however, I created some new pay boxes and they do not appear on the site after the code is inserted in the usual way.

Anyone have experience with this?

Anyone have a good solution for accepting online donations?

Follow-up:

A couple of days after I inserted the new Amazon Honor System code on my sites, two of the three became operative. The third one is still a blank.
