Strikethrough in Mail, via a keyboard shortcut?

Anyone know of a way to add a keyboard shortcut for Mail's strikethrough feature?

I'm doing a lot of word editing with two friends these days, directly in Mail emails, and it would be handy to be able to use Mail's text strikethrough feature via a keyboard shortcut, instead of needing the fonts window open and selecting the drop-down window.

Is there a way to set up a keyboard shortcut for strikethrough?

Check the System Preferences, Keyboard, the Keyboard Shortcuts tab, and make a shortcut. I have no idea where the strikethrough feature is in Mail.....
