From Santa's Headquarters at the North Pole, managing an accurate list of who's naughty and who's nice, for a nation of over 300 million people....what app does he use? What kind of system do you think he has?

As any reader of the webcomic "Sluggy Freelance" knows, Santa uses "Black Ops Elves" who spy on the world's population. Those big black SUV's and Black helicopters do NOT belong to the CIA or "Blackwater". They belong to Santa.
