I've tried MagicPrefs and am not too happy with it.

It's very touchy when it shouldn't be. My main gripe is the "tap". I say it often mistakes touching the mouse for a "tap" rather than a tap and release to register the "tap".

I've tried playing with the sensitivity, no joy.

And the guy should include some Installation and Use documentation.

BetterTouch seems to be much more a work in progress, not as far along as MagicPrefs. Worth a look anyway.
