I saw "New Moon", and I feel so....

...used.

I feel so ....miserable. I am so glad I'm not a teen! It made being a teen look like a pathetic, depressive, psychotic nightmare. Were we that melodramatic when we were that age?

I confess, I liked "Twighlight", it had a nice mood to it, good cast, I considered it a B movie, aimed at a young audience, that was better than most ghost story or horror story teen movies. And I liked the actress, I thought her facial expressiveness and moody good looks were right for the story. And the plot wasn't bad. I particularly liked the locations, many of them here near where I live, in the Pacific Northwest.

New Moon? It was AWFUL! I wanted to throw myself off a cliff! And never watch movies made from corny creepy romantic teen books again! I fee so USED!

We have a teenage daughter. I'm sure we'll sit through it at least once.

I finally saw the first movie but it was with the RiffTrax commentary. Can't imagine getting through it without that.

I blame the actress.................she had only one facial expression and I hate that scream in the end during torture of Edwards in Italy.

It doesn't have lasting substance, but I rather enjoyed New Moon, especially the chase scene with Victoria; I'd like to buy the musical track that accompanied it, Thom Yorke's Hearing Damage, but you can only get it with the whole album, which was otherwise lackluster.

Which team are you?
