I like elderly Macs as much as anyone, but…

This seller has three 7600s listed. Two are priced at $125, the other at $150. Stock configuration.

How many years ago was this is a reasonable price? 10? I bought mine new in January 1997, not long before it was phased out and replaced by the 7300.

I purchased a 7500/100 upgraded to a 7600/120 soon after and paid nearly 3000- for it new, of course I did the one GB upgrade from the standard 500mb HD! I still fire it up for stuff using OS-9, but less and less. I guess I should give it up soon!

Wow, glad some things have changed.

I think I have at least a couple of those in the basement and would be willing to let them go for a mere $100 each - that's over 96% off the original price!
