It is hard to translate. The guy was supposed to answer question (name a task where you have to be strong) by filling two missing letters in the word:

O_CIA_GANIE

He answered: OBCIAGANIE which means blow job. Of course the right word was different: OBCIAZANIE which means 'making something heavier'.
