need a solution to have full web pages read to a blind user, easily, on WIn 7

anybody have any experience setting this up and having it worked, I've tried different programs but can't really get anything to work too well. They all seem to just say the title and header of the page, nothing else.

Which products have you tried so far?

I thought JAWS was the standard, I could be wrong. Pricey, demo mode works full featured for 40 minutes at a time. Supposed to be good:

I did try Thunder, it (as others too), didn't read the page, it read the title and header just fine, but not the page, and then there is the stupid MS voice recognition software too.

I'll try those other two you mentioned wave rider and let you know how they do, thanks.
