TMZ is reporting that actress Brittany Murphy has died after going into cardiac arrest Saturday night in Los Angeles.
The Los Angeles City Fire Department tells TMZ they received a call to a home in Los Angeles that is listed as belonging to Murphy's husband, Simon Monjack.
The 32-year-old actress was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where she was pronounced dead on arrival, TMZ reports.
Murphy starred in such films as "Clueless," "8 Mile" and "Don't Say a Word."

Aw, crap. I had a real soft spot for her. Her work was my favorite part of King of the Hill.

'Girl, Interrupted' is my wife's favorite flick. After seeing the recent pictures of Ms. Murphy, Wife commented that the heart attack might be a result of a possible case of anorexic condition.

Looks more like drug addiction more than anorexia to me.
Unfortunately I have seen both first hand.

She was so cute in Clueless, had her little rough voice you couldn't listen to for more than 5 minutes....oh well. Was she 32 years or kilograms? I hate that Hollywood skinny! It ages women so badly. She could have pulled off "cute" for a 3 or 4 more years.
I'm sorry for her family.
