Thank you for tour concerns. I am organizing a bus trip of all 99ers to Washington this weekend. My tier 2 benefits are running out and Ineed to move to tier 3. I have been on the phone 3 hours a day for the past 3 weeks. I am SCARED. I really like my place and I am AFRAID of losing it. I am spending my UC at local grocery stores and shops and help them stay in business. How do I move to tier3? Please HELP!!!!! I tried looking up the rules but it's all confusing and stressful.
