That process looks involved. The only iced coffee I've ever had was expresso.

It wasn't as bad as it looks. I dumped the coffee and water last night and strained it out this morning. I used the Bustelo espresso roast (bought at Target) and mixed in a little Italian Roast I had in the house.

Wow, I've never seen someone (the blogger) that excited about iced coffee before!

I use the Cafe Bustello instant for my iced coffee and it really has a nice deep almost mocha flavor to it. Good stuff.

Oooo, thanks. I love iced coffee and I think I even have some Cafe Bustelo instant that I bought for something else. I haven't looked at the recipe, but I will right now.
Just read the instructions, and I am definitely going to give this a try. I love my Keurig, but this would be a lot cheaper and it would already be in the fridge and cold. I think I will try a smaller amount first, but I really like the idea. Thanks again, dmann.

I misread the last word of the subject. On first glance, I didn't think it had anything to do with cents.

My son loves this stuff. I'll brew up a batch next time he comes visit.
