"Why Men Fear a Female President"
#1
Chants of “Lock her up!” (and worse) have been well-documented during the 2016 election, and misogynistic comments that have accompanied Hillary Clinton’s candidacy are not likely to abate anytime soon. Adapted from Peter Beinart’s article, “Fear of a Female President”
  • this short video explains the theories behind a troubling trend. Could it be because men fundamentally fear a female president? There are ingrained and documented negative responses to women in power that suggest reactions to Clinton’s presidency are directly tied to men’s fear of emasculation.

  • Hillary Clinton’s candidacy has provoked a wave of misogyny—one that may roil American life for years to come.

    Ummm...

No. Nice pet theory for a moment's diversion over beers. But it doesn't hold up.

Most societies go through phases including matriarchies. We have no instinct prohibiting female leaders.

As we become a global society, portions of the population fall out of phase and that's stressful. And add to that... Well, some people are just stupid and easily misled.

No gender has a lock on being dumb and violently regressive.

    This too shall pass.

A large proportion of white men fit that description and they are voting for the real man in the contest for president.

So guys, how do you explain the sheer insanity regarding Clinton's race for the White House?
Without referencing her appearance, voice, or husband, please.

You know she really is above the rest of us little people. Her constant Lying! Her callously committing multiple felonies regarding the espionage act. Why foreign governments and businesses helped make Bill and Hillary wealthy? Then these same governments and businesses get special treatment from the State office. Her war hawkishness, and willingness to keep fixing the middle east. Her ill conceived energy policy ideas. Health care???? Taxes???? Firearms????
