Been thinking about getting another SSD -- either a 500gb or 1tb, if the price is right. Can't really think of anything else at this point.
Any stellar deals that you folks are aware of at Jet, especially with an up to $50 discount?

Bummer, missed that 1 TB SSD below.
I paid $107 for my 500 GB one with coupon, then found a $10 off in my mailbox. grrr.

I'm very unhappy with JET. I called their customer service and asked if the item that I planned to order was new or refurbished and was told that "everything JET sold was brand new."
When it arrived, the router that I ordered was clearly a refurb and it came from New Egg???
I called Jet and complained and was told to send it back, but I asked for a replacement with the brand new item that I thought I would get. That got me nowhere.
Compared to Amazon, these folks are amateurs and I wouldn't trust them to make good on any complaints.
Do I have any other recourse for being mislead?

How does one get that 25% off? I see a 20% off for new customers (which I am), but nothing about the 25%.
For the record, this was my first time even looking at that site, and maybe it's because I'm so used to amazon.com, but I really didn't like jet.com's search results page. Seems like it didn't give you as much information about the items.

I guess I signed up for their site when it launched. I have checked back at the site looking for items when I needed to purchase something. I have not yet placed an order. I get emails every couple of days promoting different things. The 25% off email I got today is for a 3 day period, only. I would guess it is a more targeted campaign for those folks who are on their lists but who haven't yet bought anything. Dunno. But if I can benefit from it in some way, by gosh, I will!

FWIW, same thing happened to me with Amazon. Posted it here. They are both a the mercy of 3rd party vendors.
My vendor blamed amazon for fulfilling their order with a refurb -- they said its s huge issue.

I've set up 3 accounts at Jet.com and I've used the discounts to purchase pellets for my airgun. I am actually going broke saving money.

Did the top of your head blow off when you ordered? Their TV advertising seems to guarantee that result. It's a curiously clean and bloodless event, and appears to completely remove the brain.

This is why I don't call customer service anymore. I use the online chat service and save the transcript. That way when stuff like this happens, I can go back to them and say, "No, you actually DID say that."
