I don't think I've ever bought more than one soda at a time, and I quit doing even that over 20 years ago.

Regular soda has something like 10-15 teaspoons of sugar per can, and all diet soda has a horrible aftertaste to me, so I simply quit drinking the stuff.

I've been primarily a water person since then.

Other stuff I drink is coffee, which is sweetened with less than a teaspoon of sugar per big mug.

I also drink some milk, beer, and wine.

That's pretty much me too (except milk - YUCK!!), but try a real coke with all the real sugar once a year. It's very exciting. I'll drink maybe half of it on a hot day after a hike and it's wonderful, but I get my fill fast and have no desire to try another any time soon.

One of the interesting thing about Europe that I discovered on my first trip there back in 1983, was that a can of soda is much smaller there, perhaps around 7 or 8 ounces.

Just stocked up on 8 6-packs on 16.8 oz bottles of Diet Coke yesterday. $20 out the door. No shortage in Seattle. Been on sale at either Kroger stores or Safeway for several months, bouncing between 3 for 10 to 12, or 4 for 9-10.

I drink soda maybe once per year at some Summer party.

Water daily, once in a while a Orange or Cranbery juice.

OK, I had gatorade a few weeks ago to keep hydrated while fighting a cold (or maybe flu?).

Diet Coke on sale again. 4 6 packs of half liter bottles for $10. Gonna stock up even more. My partner has an allergy to some compound in coffee, so she drinks Diet Coke in moderation. Not sure how much in the pipeline.
