Sigh of relief here. I was fairly certain I was on v6, but I wasn't sure. I think that was when it went 64 bit. Upgrades are pricey.

The upgrade price is worth it if you use it much... UNLESS you're using an M1. Those wankers refuse to update the code to be M1 native for version 6. Now a year after Apple silicon they're saying M1-native code will only be in the next version (not v6)--of course no estimate of when that will arrive.
I am not a happy customer right now.

Yes, 6 works with Rosetta but bogs down on 45Mpx files.

Couldn't you crop the 45 mp sensor down to 42 with some electrical tape?
