Welcome to California where there's no rust and paint is optional.

Does it have plates with valid registration stickers and looks like it gets driven? Not unusual to see old cars driving around with the original plates and a driver that looks like the original owner.

If fact we have a forum member in San Diego that drives a Model A Ford.

I drove a '61 GMC "Jimmy" for a few years. 300 thousand miles and going strong. Actually not too strong as the 305 V6 was pretty gutless. I carried around a toolbox, a spare electric fuel pump and front wheel bearings that came in handy more than once.
