“At home sleep study”… okay, pulse ox and chest band for respiration measurements. They billed for that. Fine. Then they billed for an EEG ? Whaaa? Nope… no such thing took place. Fraud ? I challenged the company.

perhaps the code entry people f'd the entry EKG.
if there are people involved.
although not part of a sleep study in that manner, they might code it that way.
