Domain Buyers Anonymous?

In the last month I've bought 33 domains.

I find it very satisfying and kind of addictive.

At $9.20 each (godaddy) and with fewer side affects than heroine or vodka -- I don't think this is going to ruin my life. But it's weird to feel this high and to be thinking often about other domains that I want to buy.

Anybody else have this experience?

so, you've dropped around $300 on domain names in a months time? Wow! Are you gonna sit on them to sell them or are you going to make use of them or what?

If you search around there are reputable places that will sell the domains to you for roughly 1/3 of that for at least the first year or two.

I mention that only in case your addiction continues ;-)

wurm, that's what I was thinking. $300+ a year is a bit much unless you have hit upon some names that someone might need to buy.

Most of them have business potential, some of them for my own business/es others for possible sale.

imho, Heroines only have side effects if you marry them.

GoDaddy's deal is better if you are interested in private domains. If you buy a minimum of 3 domains you get the private domain feature free. Yahoo charges $9.99 for the private domain feature.

Also, the $2.99 offer is only good for one purchase.
