SciFi Channel - Dark Kingdom - anyone watch it?

Any opinions on this before I devote four hours (minus commercial advance - it's on the ReplayTV) of my time to watching it.

Very much in the tradition of Norse saga's... (even though Wagner wasn't Norse...)

Entertaining. Not high literary masterpiece, but entertaining.

And Alicia Witt and Kristanna Loken are both really really HOT....

I also PVR'd it and waited to watch straight through.

I thought it might be a turkey, in which case I'd watch a little and then erase.

The special effects got a lot of flack from other Members and perhaps they were right, but the story was good enough to hold my interest for the four hours.

The only thing I can complain about is that I decided to check it out at midnight and got stuck watching it until four in the AM.

If you normally enjoy this type of fantasy you'll probably enjoy it.

As I always say, "that's just my opinion, I could be wrong."

Couple of brewskis and some chips with dip Sci Fi can entertain. It is a great fallback on the worst night for the tube Saturday.

I am waiting on the DVD from Blockbuster online. it was released last thursday i believe. the movie was originally released in 2004.

It wasn't bad. I've seen much, much worse on the Sci-Fi channel. I would give it a 6-7 out of 10.
